I sat close enough to hear the O-line coach and linemen interact with one another. He was very energetic and positive with those guys. I know in a scrimmage a lot of times all a kid hears is everything they are doing wrong. Multiple times he would bring them off to the side, and let them know what they needed to adjust or tighten up, and then praise them for what they were doing right.
