Tatum_DirtyBird Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 On the kgas site? QX-fm.com. Is that right EB?
LilEagle Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Jugline have you actually watched Tatum or Gilmer play? Just wondering. I have actually watched Gilmer 3 times and Tatum 3 times and can say that both teams are good and could make a run this year. Now on tape I have watched CH and they might play better and surprise me, but if they play like they have the past few games, then Tatum should win. But anything can happen on a Friday Night.
LilEagle Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 I've heard that the broadcast will be better this week and that the sideline reporter will be back in action.
Eagle8 Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 You know what I heard? CH don't need to run no Jet Sweep, that's what I heard.
JugLine Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 Is anyone going to answer the question about the Tatum QB. Does he float the ball all the time?
Eagle8 Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 Is anyone going to answer the question about the Tatum QB. Does he float the ball all the time? Negative. Only on Fade routes to our big jump ballers on the edges, and certain screens. Throws with zip on slants, outs, ins, and bubble screens,
Eagle8 Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 Having 6'3 and 6'2 high flying go and get it type guys is a gift. You never no when its coming but either corner could be seconds away from one hell of a fight 10+ ft in the air...either in the end zone or at mid-field.

LilEagle Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 9th grade Tatum wins 20-14 Â JV Tatum wins 28-23
Eagleborn Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 9th grade Tatum wins 20-14 Â JV Tatum wins 28-23 Pretty good consider both Tatum teams were gutted to make another team to go play elsewhere.
youngbuck Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 Get used to it cuz u gonna see a lot more of him if yall go far enough lol
Stankylegg Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 I see a little bulldog has gotten his feelings hurt,we will see come Friday night My feeling aren't hurt at all. I'm absolutely fine with the cocky prediction.
Eagleborn Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 Get used to it cuz u gonna see a lot more of him if yall go far enough lol  We done seen him the last three years man... That's more than enough.
Stankylegg Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 Excuses? Â Things like... So and so is averaging negative yards on the jet sweep when wind is blowing more than 4 MPH out of the west. Don't know why the coach keeps giving him the ball. Â Stuff like that? If your referring to my statements about CH running the jet sweep, those were not excuses. I was pretty blunt towards to CH players and coaches with my thoughts on the effort and attitude that was displayed.
Stankylegg Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 But let's be real here. One, ONE, UNO, 1.... Person from Tatum has actually said Tatum would win. Â Nothing wrong with what sackem said. Tatum is banged up. Going in district healthy is key. Tough district. You are correct, there is nothing wrong with what sacked said. However, if he honestly believes the score will be that lopsided, then what happens if the score is a 14 point game? Or even worse if CH wins? His prediction is basically calling CH garbage and showing little respect towards CH. The last time I predicted CH would win by that much I think they were playing Palestine Westwood in 2011. It really sets yourself up for a no win situation.

Haven't heard anything on the Screamers.

Haven't heard anything on the Screamers. Tatum 8th looked like one team for 3 quarters and a completely different team for the 4th. But... Then again so did CH. There was a 15 yard personal foul on a 4th down stop by the dogs that really changed the momentum. Tatum drove 97 yards for a score, which is impressive for a middle school squad, then recovered an onside kick, then returned a fumble for a TD. Slow and steady they pulled it out. They were well disciplined.

Tatum got ball back on a 4 and out then scored again. Kid from Chapel Hill made about 8 kids miss on kickoff and scored as the buzzer sounded. Crazy last part of 4th.
Stankylegg Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 Â So you don't need this? Â As funny as that report is, I think I'm good.
Eagleborn Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 As funny as that report is, I think I'm good. Â I saw it earlier but didn't have a place to put it... figured that was about the best spot I would get.
Stankylegg Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 Â DM is whipping them boys into shape. Not to sound biased at all. CH looked like a well oiled smooth riding machine for the first 3 quarters. CH was the better team for 3 quarters, but in the 4th quarter when things mattered most Tatum never quit. CH made some mistakes and Tatum hustled to take advantage on a few key plays. In the end Tatum played the best when it mattered most and that is why they are riding home with a win tonight and the CH boys are scratching their heads after the blown 20-8 lead.
