player73 Posted October 24, 2014 Author Posted October 24, 2014 That's some funny stuff thinking what happened on Thursday night will affect whats going to go down on Friday night. SMH
player73 Posted October 24, 2014 Author Posted October 24, 2014 IMO,If both teams play to their full potential then there is no doubt who will win - Teague.
bootleg Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 IMO,If both teams play to their full potential then there is no doubt who will win - Teague. Â And I'm sure if Malakoff wins it will be because Teague did not play to their full potential. Can't wait to read excuses from the Teaguesters if they get beat tonight.
rubberhammer Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 lmao wow! Isn't that part of guys stepping up and making plays player? If every team played to their full potential every game then scores and standings would be different. It's when less talented teams step up and hit pre-madonna's in the mouth is when games are won and programs are established. Sounds like you guys are back tracking and this is your defense wall. Even if Teague has a couple talented freshmen on varsity, I didn't see many sophomores. So if that's the case, why not Malakoff move down their talented sophomores and the game still wouldn't be close in Malakoffs favor. Stop acting like Malakoff is expecting to carry momentum from Thursday to Friday night. Just means Malakoff has the better program.
AndersonCountyBoy Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 Just wanna keep the hype going until game time. Good luck to both teams and represent the district well tonight.
MHS77 Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 Im pretty sure our kids are not looking at last nights games as any kind of measuring device and I promise the coaches sure arent
player73 Posted October 24, 2014 Author Posted October 24, 2014 Dang Rubberhair, we were wondering where you been. Thought maybe you got lost in the deer blind.
player73 Posted October 24, 2014 Author Posted October 24, 2014 I am like Anderson County about keeping things going, had to dangle a little bait to get ole Rubber to post !! All joking aside Rubber ( because know you can take it ) what are your keys and insights to this game ?

Also am excited to see how both teams handle adversity if there is any

homegrown Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 I'm here win, lose or draw for my Lions. My kids played hard last night and #3 never quit and #7 played 3 quarters with a broke arm. I'm not happy with the loss but I am happy with how my kids finished
Coach0001 Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 Nothing from Thursday Night matters about tonight it all starts over at 7:30 The takeoff from last night is that the Freshman groups from both towns are good and its going to be some years to look forward to as they match up  I stil maintain win or lose neither team needs to let it make or break their season Whoever loses can still make it season to remember by playing into December If the winner wins this game and gets beat Round 1 the win would not matter
Footballfanatic90 Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 Coach, I agree 9-1 season for the loser ain't too shabby. However winning Dst 11 is very important because Dst 12 only has 3 good teams. The 4th spot will get blown out in round 1 by either MHS or THS. The 3 vs 2 matchup will be more of a fight. But one game at a time...

BM1976 Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 History is not on the Lions side tonight, the usually come up short like the Cowboys in big games,we'll see what happens tonight!
oldmanpops Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 The Cowboys have 5 Superbowls so I hope that Teague is like them
BM1976 Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 Talking bout the modern day Cowboys, not the 20yrs ago Cowboys
Allheartnoquit Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 Come on now. Quit talking about the cowboys.
