EnnisHS76
In two weeks: John Tyler vs Texas Hi and Lufkin vs Longview. Ennis and Nacogdoches will have to wait another week to learn who their opponents will be...

Nacwagons
So are we looking at Longview for JT/TH....Rose for LP/LV and Nac vs SS/Halsville/Marshall.....Where does Ennis go Mesquite??
LoboFan07
I take anyone in these matchups. The only one I feel sorry for is Hallsville/Marshall then it's Lufkin. Different animal beating Lobos at full strength in the playoffs. We're healthy, but we're far from full strength.
LufkinPanthers06
Haters.. Longview won't blow Lufkin out, nor will Lufkin blow them out. Gonna be a good hard fought game. The winner will have definitely deserved it by games end

EnnisHS76
Where does Ennis go Mesquite?? The past two years when we came out of 15-4A (then a DFW area district), we faced Whitehouse in Forney and Lindale in Mesquite in the first round. I'm guessing Forney is the most likely location this time around...

RJC
Wishful thinking more than anything for a guy who hasn't even worked out in over four months. last I saw him he looked jacked....and he would still be the fastest person on the field.. Athletes like him don't lose it in 4 months. Won't take him long to get 100%
EnnisHS76
What do the tie breakers look like.....SS/Hallsville/Marshall fighting for the last 2 spots right?? Nacwagons - based on what I've read elsewhere... If Hallsville upsets Longview next week, they will clinch one of the D2 spots, and the winner of the Sulphur Springs vs Marshall game gets the other spot. Under this scenario, a Sulphur Springs' win would make them the #1 D2 seed based on their head-to-head win over Hallsville, thus they would play Nacogdoches and Ennis would play Hallsville. A Marshall win in this scenario would make them D2 #2 (Hallsville would have a better record), and they (Marshall) would play Ennis and Nacogdoches would play Hallsville. If Hallsville loses to Longview next week (as everybody expects) AND Sulphur Springs beats Marshall, Sulphur Springs would be the #1 D2 seed (better record), Hallsville would be D2 #2, and Marshall elliminated (worse record). Thus, it would again be Ennis vs Hallsville and Nacogdoches vs Sulpur Springs. If Hallsville loses to Longview next week (as everybody expects) AND Marshall beats Sulphur Springs - this is where the madness begins. According to Mavchamp in another post: A Marshall win by 4 or less would give SS the #1 spot in D2 and Marshall would get the #2 spot, eliminating Hallsville. This would put Ennis vs Marshall and Nacogdoches vs Sulpur Springs. A Marshall win by 5-12 points would give Marshall the #1 spot in in D2 and SS would get the #2 seed, eliminating Hallsville - Ennis vs Sulphur Springs | Nacogdoches vs Marshall. A Marshall win by 13 or more would give Marshall the #1 spot in D2 and Hallsville would get the #2 seed, eliminating SS - Ennis vs Hallsville | Nacogdoches vs Marshall.
