topher805 Posted September 3, 2015 Share Posted September 3, 2015 Still not giving up on him. Think this is just a really bad slump mixed with too high of expectations. Most fans were expecting Beltran 2.0 and he isn't that. I do think he is having trouble with the clubhouse atmosphere. It is laid back and a young party style, but it is all business when they are on the field. Gomez seems to have trouble separating the two and his cockiness and arrogance is leading to dumb mistakes.
