not bashing anyone. Hughes is the better qb/athlete.

He is a better ath, but not QB.

I do business with every coach in the district, it is not just my opinion..

Good thing about this, we get to see on the field this fall...

Wish Logan all the health and good will in the world..

Stronger arm and quicker release. More accurate and elusive in the pocket. Anyone can lob the ball up.

I have watched every game both qb's have ever played on film multiple times , my 24 years of prior coaching exp disagrees with you.. But like I said, we shall see this fall...

It is generally presumed Cordell will be the QB next season for Lufkin. However, we need to replace lots at WR and he did play WR for Lufkin last year. Lufkin also has QB Blake Brooks who will be a senior from the JV who had an outstanding year and has blazing speed and a good arm. Lots of changes to take place in this off season. Not much info coming out from inside the camp right now, it will be interesting.

From outside looking in, it does appear that Kordell may be out wide next season. I read where he'll be attending the ETSN combine...but working with WRs..not QBs.

Lufkin did pick up a transfer from Dhailon Phillips at WR..so I think you all will be alright at that position regardless.

Spring ball kicks off today...

McLane Carter,,,completed 220 of 297 attempts (74%) for 3,969 yards & 47 TD's with 2 interceptions...and he only played in 38 qtrs. with a 16-0 season...putting 28 unanswered points on WO-S in the 2nd half for a SC...& led the Buckeyes to the Win @ Lobo (record setting attendance) against the might Bears of Gladewater

Thank you McLane
