Coach Rab
Mark Cuban and the Mavs finally lure a "big fish" to Dallas. Over-rated. .. I hope they land s decent guard at some point
Valhalla
I'm glad. Dallas stays good enough to be an 8 seed in the West and the Clippers lose a key piece.
gtee2
He needs a set up man. Reminds me of Amare Stoudemire...once he left Nash...we all know the rest
stevosev7
Got a 17ppg guy in Dirk. Another 17ppg guy in Parson. A 15ppg guy in Mathews and now a at least 10ppg guy in Jordan. I think they'll be pretty good and improved defensively.
Valhalla
He needs a set up man. Reminds me of Amare Stoudemire...once he left Nash...we all know the rest Amare had injuries. He was pretty good that first season in New York. Got a 17ppg guy in Dirk. Another 17ppg guy in Parson. A 15ppg guy in Mathews and now a at least 10ppg guy in Jordan. I think they'll be pretty good and improved defensively. Two of those guys are coming off major surgeries.
BrawnyMan
If Aldridge really lands in San Antonio like everyone thinks it won't matter, next years finals will be another Lebron/Pop rematch.
Valhalla
If Aldridge really lands in San Antonio like everyone thinks it won't matter, next years finals will be another Lebron/Pop rematch. Aldridge picked the Spurs. The top 4 in the West will be LOADED if everybody is healthy.
BrawnyMan
Good deal, I figured he would. Aldrige and a healthy Tim Duncan is a scary new twin towers situation. Add in Leonard and the Spurs will be good for many years to come.

BrawnyMan
No, guess I should have finished with however many more years Duncan and Parker play.
BrawnyMan
The idea of playing for Pop will entice another superstar there though. Even Lebron said he would gladly play for Pop if it weren't for the Cleveland hometown thing. He is the most respected coach in the league. cats69
Over-rated. .. I hope they land s decent guard at some point he may be, but hes the top rebounder in the league, and a good rim defender. Can't argue that.

Coach Rab
Nope, they are just going to get Jeremy Lin lol. He may score 40, but expect at least 12 TOs...
spacegolfer
Please no Jeremy Lin.
Coach Rab
Please no Jeremy Lin. The Mavs don't have a PG at all. And they only have about $2M in cap space. Lin may actually be the best option we can afford
Valhalla
Honestly, Dallas did pretty good in free agency. Jordan is a top center in the league and Matthews is better than people realize.
stevosev7
Mathews coming off surgery I'm concerned about. I don't have any worries with Parsons. This is a good group. wish we could've kept Aminu though. But it was never going to happen for that price.

Valhalla
After all of that I'm not sure I would want to give that deal to Jordan.
Coach Rab
After all of that I'm not sure I would want to give that deal to Jordan. Why would he want to go to LA after they wouldn't give him what the Mavs were? He was going to be featured, rich, and in Texas... LA he is the 3rd, sometimes 4th wheel. Supposedly Chris Paul is an A Hole and Blake Griffen may be the most over-rated superstar in the league. But if he wants a championship, I guess LA may be a better place to be right now... Dirk is turning to stone and we lost all,of our little guys.
