SorryWeBeatYouAgain
Reports of JT arrest for DUI. Chaos in the BCS. With Seth out and OSU QB trouble at least ESPN can get an SEC in their rankings.
JustAFan11
It's being reported that he was operating a vehicle while impaired. Which could've been simply him sitting in a parking lot with the car running. It's far different from a DUI!

Sources reporting he tried to avoid a DUI checkpoint near campus and failed a breathalyzer test. He was released to teammate Cardale Jones. Sportsfanatic1
Because Barrett is under the age of 21, his arrest would be considered a second positive under Ohio State athletic department's student-athlete drug and alcohol program. Under the program, Barrett would be subject to a two-week suspension from his team's competition. OSU athletic director Gene Smith would decide whether to reinstate Barrett to the team, and he would be subject to reasonable cause testing in the future. Why have this in your policy if Meyer isn't going to abide by it? Another Jimbo Fisher.

Barretts arrest is misdemeanor, hes not subject to mandatory 2-week suspension @McMurphyESPN: Ohio State AD Gene Smith tells @ESPN, J.T. And you can bet if they had Michigan or Michigan State next week, not only would he have not been subject to mandatory suspension, but Meyer would've decided running steps was the right punishment.
