Without knowing Hemphill's numbers and assuming they may be 2A D1, here's my first shot...... West Hardin Deweyville Hemphill San Augustine West Sabine Shelbyville Now if hemphill doesn't end up 2A D1, back to the drawing board....... Alto and Cushing are pretty close together so it wouldn't be out of the question to throw them in their as well. If UIL will send Crockett to Deweyville you can bet they'll send Alto that way as well. I could see Alto/Cushing/Carlisle/Joequin in a district but no clue who other 2 would be.
