LLion22
Interested in opinions/feedback on who is the best running back still in the playoffs, all classifications and statewide? Who's is the most entertaining and fun to watch? I've seen Traion Smith from Yoe earlier this year and he has to be one of the best.
WiseGuy
I'd lay claim that we have the most underrated rb still left in the playoffs, Lamont Byrd from Liberty Eylau. With as much as our qb runs, it hurts him a bit if youre only looking at his stats. Not sure who I would say is the best though
H3llR4z0r
Tyrell Phillips from Atlanta is pretty salty. 246 rushes 1948 yards 25 touchdowns
centex1
Chan Amie Waskom 157 carries 1780 yards 27 tds. 11.34 per carry
bansheefan03
I'm sure no where near the best but Carthage has a sophomore rb that is gonna be very good in coming years
nothereoften
Kevin Dove from El Campo is pretty good, and his yardage total is down some because he has a partner back there to share the load.

Sportsfanatic1
Kyle Porter This is not a homer pick and he plays 6A at Katy.

Aggie98
In 4A, Kevin Dove from El Campo. He's 6'0" - 230+# and moves like a 190 pounder.

May end up sharing some carries with 25 and others so he can play defense part/most of the time.
fabio
Octavian Burrell > Shelbyville 11 games 192 carries 2251 yards 11.7 avg. 38 td's
13TX
I gotta give Lamon Hillis some love for Pewitt. Don't know his stats for the year but he's @ 5'9/225lbs and runs real angry. He balled out against us (Winona) in the 1st round then ran for 278 yards agaimst Leonard in the 2nd round.
mav01
It would be Cam Haller if he wasnt just moved to qb full time.
trueblue82
Octavian Burrell > Shelbyville 11 games 192 carries 2251 yards 11.7 avg. 38 td's Really attacks the LOS, can change direction on a dime, and explodes through tackles. I'm curious as to what kind of looks he's getting.
Bearcats99
Octavian Burrell > Shelbyville 11 games 192 carries 2251 yards 11.7 avg. 38 td's I was going to throw in Beckville's duo of Jacari Reed and Rahmon Mitchell, because they get the job done week in and week out. But, if I'm picking one guy that I've seen this year, Burrell is hands down the best. I've watched several players shut it off after 3 or 4 licks from our linebackers, but the harder you hit Burrell, the harder he runs. In my opinion, that kid could be successful at the next level. Burrell's stats are out of this world, but seeing him in person is even more impressive. I've seen him drag defenders an extra 4,5 or 6 yards when others would have gone down. He also is an honor student and respectful kid, a joy to root for.

NATUREBOY1
Lamon Hillis from PP. He is Earl Cambell on offense, but what makes him stand out is that he is James Harrison on Defense. Just a ball of muscle that doesn't seem to get tired.
