Washington76
Grapeland had 306 total yards of offense in the 1 1/2 qrts played versus Kountze. Play Groveton this week, and it will be a test for the Sandies. Anyone from Tenaha know if Kerens still has that Bubba Faulk kid at RB?

Guest
Kerens ain't bad. Good play from their guards. They may be faster than us with a few players but overall we will match up just fine. The battle in the trenches will be dominated by Tenaha and our LB will flow. If a player pops our safeties absolutely HAVE GOT TO FILL AND OPEN FIELD TACKLE if not Kerens will be able to score. #9 can score for them from anywhere. I really enjoyed watching his highlights against Leon. He needs the ball more. Especially on screens in space. Kerens defense is just not as good as their offense in my opinion. It's a matter of many things but mostly its lack of physicality. If we can just get some nice field conditions. Either way, Tenaha wins. Sloppy conditions GREATLY favors us. I'm ready to see how the rest of this Juggernaut of a division 2 district does.
Guest
We could of hung 70 on Kountze last night. But hey its Kountze they aren't any good. Our offense in terrible field conditions was able to pass, and run with ease. They do have a enrollment twice our size, and bring back most of there team from last year. They are a bad 3a team. But they did put up points on some good 3a teams last year, and did compete with a few of them also. Hey don't forget Grapeland played the top 5 2A D1 teams in region 3 last year, and was freshman, and sophomore heavy. So I think we got a Lil experience from last year. But hey Tenaha got this! They beat Joaquin 14-0. A team that really wasn't any good last year. You really good at cracking that mouth open. Enjoy walking back across them railroad tracks....during homecoming. Guest
Hunter Thompson hated Nixon so much, there's a rumor he got the number to the oval office and used to literally prank call the potus. And Nixon couldn't understand it was a joke. Awful jackass.
Washington76
Grapeland finished with 469 total yards, 320 passing. Groveton finished with 512 total yards, 347 passing. Groveton has improved a lot since last season. I think they'll win their district, and make it at least 2-3 rounds in the playoffs.
Guest
Is 8.5 yards per attempt a good stat? Not per completion mind you, per attempt. Is that a pretty good number? I don't know much about passing.

Tenaha hosts Kerens. Timpson travels to Cross Roads. Wortham hosts Cayuga. Any of our district teams playing JV games? I know Overton and Mount don't but I wondered about the rest. Greezy, are your Tiger cubs traveling to Kerens?
