The Godfather submits Mike Thomas' name for consideration...he would fit well as a former assistant there during a SC run!

Nobody sees the field like Coach Mike Thomas! He's fluent in Spanish too, which I hear is a necessity to coach at Chapel Hill these days.

Yes. 44% I believe.

Doesn't really matter in a school that size. Just like it doesn't really matter at John Tyler. If you have a big enough student body to pull from.

Oh it matters. JT pool is cut in half just about. The kids that come from Dogan and boulder makes up most of JT population. If JT could find a way to get more latinos to play Football. Cujo would have would have more depth. As it stands now JT only pulls from the Africa American population. With a few from Latin American. There were only two or three on the team this last season not including the kickers.

Very good point. Definitely matters when you're now back in a district with Longview and metroplex schools. In your opinion was that as much of a factor when you dropped to 5A?

That had to do with what happened to the teacher at JT. 58% of students that attend JT is Latino.
