I find him increasingly boring. He basically caught lightning in a bottle 1 year with aging players & blew it up the next. The only good move I've seen him make in 5 years is the trade for Noel. And the way he dismisses the draft tells me it ain't changing soon. He is way too full of himself now with politics, TV, and his own belief that nobody knows the future but him.
