District 15 and District 16 meet up in the pay-offs

Notice that both districts have a team that is 0 fer

I was thinking if a post-district game could be held for these two teams.

both teams would not close the season on a losing note.

One team would come out a winner and have something to build the next years' season on.

It would be a clear picture for the seniors on the losing team.

If their Church has a team and they ask them to join up & play

They need to sit on their hands and not raise them to join up.

Can someone total up the wins and losses for the girls

Like  threejs did for the boys

Notice each school has a separate line even though the same record.

got to make it simple. thank you ahead if you can do it.

Bullard 7-1

Kilgore 7-1

Gilmer 6-2

Spring Hill 2-6

Chapel Hill 2-6

Gladewater 0-8

I think this is correct

Looks like Feb. 6 will determine who gets 4th slot.

The next two girls games will be really games will be entertaining.

February 2

Bullard vs Kilgore  If Bullard wins, they are district champions. if Kilgore wins, each team will have 2 loses and they play Gilmer Friday for a piece of the district title

Gilmer vs Chapel Hill - This will be a must win for both teams. A loss by Gilmer puts them in a must win against Kilgore Friday. A win by Chapel Hill can keep their playoff hopes alive

Spring Hill vs Gladewater  - SH should win this and keep control of their playoff destiny

Feb 6

Kilgore vs Gilmer

Gladewater vs Bullard

Chapel Hill vs Spring Hill

If SH wins VS GW and CH, they are in.

If SH loses VS GW and CH, then CH is in.

If SH loses to GW Friday and beats CH Tuesday, both would LIKELY finish 3-7 and SH is in on head to head sweep.

If SH beats GW Friday, and loses to CH Tuesday, both would LIKELY finish with 3-7 and split head to head.   Therefore, I assume they would play it off to see who gets last playoff spot.  Is that correct?  It's not a coin flip or head to head point differential, is it??

My understanding is that it’s a “play-in” game to break the tie.

What happened to the Bullard boys? They used to be a solid program.

Bright side: New AD; 2nd year basketball coach who is appreciated by fans like me with no kids in the system. They will improve and despite the record, there has been a giant improvement in the way the kids play over the last 2 years. The coaching is there. The effort is there. They just have trouble putting 4 solid quarters together.
