It’s not UIL so I’m sure it’s not allowed even before school ends.

Nope, transportation on School vehicles is prohibited to any Non-School function, including 7 on 7.

darktower
I knew this used to be the rule but have been out of the game for quite a while--Just wondered about it this weekend when I saw 4 or 5 school vans full of kids unload at an event. just wondered if they had relaxed the rules... MattStepp
There are many that violate this rule...dont see school vehicles being used..thats usually obvious.....usually its kids riding in a coaches personal vehicle....which in all honestly is probably safer than 4 kids riding with another teenage driver

Because if your School District employed coaches are driving kids anywhere it is a violation of UIL rules.
Eagle8
This last few years, a parent of one of our athletes who is a pastor at a church has loaded our kids up in their church van and carried them to each tournament.
