It doesn't hurt that Jay-Z was just named President of Puma Basketball...

I seen they backtracked on that yesterday, said instead he was named creative director. (Bet he still calls shots anyway)

Still though, anything Jayz touches seems to turn out great.

Yeah...I was curious how that was going to work with him running an agency. I agree he continues to call shots and Puma actually becomes a player in basketball.

Didn't hit up St. Pius from what I understand. He went to tour Kinkaid and St. John's (Where Tillman Fertitta's children attend, and also probably the best private school in Houston).

Kinkaid is very nice.  They won’t see top level competition at Kinkaid playing in the SPC though.

Dude was a poop sandwich here in Houston. He was a poop sandwich in Orlando. He was a poop sandwich in LA. He is what he is. Great player, but locker room cancer. This dude is the NBA Terrell Owens...

Wasn’t he run out of his own hometown of Atlanta too?

I don't think high school ball matters to his kids. I think priority #1 to Lebron when picking a school is education. AAU is where all their recruiting will be done for basketball

Is it sad I forgot he was even in the league. Talk about a waste . Orlando was the only time he really had potential.

It's on him, where there's smoke there's fire. After he leaves a team every time locker room issues have popped up as the reason. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Ainge has always liked Howard

If he likes playing for cheap I say bring him in, if he doesn't help us then dump him before all-star break. But D12 had better know he has one strike, one issue in the locker room and he's outta there regardless of what's going on the court.

Knowing D12 ego he wants as much money as he can still get which leaves us out of the question.

Woj: Williams is a lottery-level talent, a player with immense talent. If he can show a commitment to playing hard, this could be a steal of the first-round. ESPN's @Mike_Schmitz compares him to another 27th overall pick: Clint Capela. https://t.co/9zFvD7MWiM

Comparison to Capela is high praise. Some see him as a max contract player this year (I don't)...

Anybody know why he dropped so far in the draft lol.

Below was 15mins later (surprised it wasn't posted as well). No biggie.

This was just a simple miscommunication between Williams and the Celtics, according to a team source. He's expected to hold a call soon. - per Jay King also.
