If his daddy is a coach for JT why is there an issue?

Same. I have no problem with kids moving to where their dads coach. This should be an automatic rubber stamp.

Some guy said he could try for a mid season appeal, idk how true that is?

He'll be eligible 365 from the date of his transfer if he wants to play spring sports but as far as football at Tomball he's going to play JV or just not play

SEC voted unanimous to grant the appeal.....eligibility is still pending a residency waiver

according to Tyler newspaper, his dad and mom both work for Tyler ISD...although they live in Whitehouse. Kinda shocked this was an issue since both parents work for the school district and one at the school he is transferring to.  Congrats to the kid and his family
