There are a total of eight appeals on Tuesday with the first being heard at 9 a.m. The schools involved are Round Rock Cedar Ridge (District 13-6A), Manor (11-5A D-I), Bay City (13-4A DI), Tomball (20-5A DI), Spring Westfield (16-6A) and two from Midland (2-6A). After hearing testimony from all parties, it was determined that these students did not change schools for athletic purposes. Kinda shocked this was an issue since both parents work for the school district and one at the school he is transferring to.
