wingtveer
Wing-t football. IMO, hawks win at home in this one.
Sportsfanatic1
The whole team is good from PG but what impressed me the most was the defense. That front seven looks like Bama's.

There is a lot of standing room along the rail of the field. PG staff has been allowing portable compact style chairs for the visitors also. As soon as I know what time gates will open I will post. PG also has a rather small parking lot. You can park across from the high school using the Texas M school parking lot. There will also be parking at the old indoor batting cages directly across from the school. Tickets are going on Pre sale Thursday From 8AM to 1PM at the athletic center behind the school. Will make the line at the gate move much faster if we can get tickets pre purchased. Thank you sir, we’ll have some good conversation leading up to this game all week long! You know the Bulldogs and Bulldog fans respect the heck out of your Pleasant Grove Hawks. Go Dawgs!!!!!!!
BuckNut
I think the Texarkana all star team takes this one.

Champ1000
Wonder if PG hosted this big of a game before. Shame that the uil won't make a exception on this being on TV. They would make up for that Jt -Longview snoozer couple of weeks ago.

regaleagle
According to most coaching staffs, Homecoming games can be full of distractions for their players. On the other side of the fence.......it's a home game against the toughest opponent on the schedule and the hometown fans will be rabid in this one. The stadium will be overflowing and the atmosphere electrified when you walk into it. Both teams love this kind of atmosphere even if it's in the opponent's stadium. I wouldn't touch this game with a 20 ft pole calling a winner in this one......LOL. Good luck to both teams and may the game be played without any serious injuries. Being from Argyle......I would really like to see Carthage win and remain undefeated. Rip Em Apart Bulldogs!!
GWBears01
This should be game of the week. I won’t pick a winner I will just let you guys work it out on the field. Should be a great atmosphere and one hell of a game !

Hawknation03
well think about it. You don’t want to lose to a team that’s not ranked on Homecoming. If you lose to Carthage you can always get some sleep knowing it was Carthage. If you beat Carthage it could be the best homecoming ever. Now if you play Spring Hill and beat them it’s not to exciting. If Spring Hill wins it’s the worst homecoming. Personally I like the better teams on Homecoming. dillonpanthers
Most coaches don't care that much about homecoming these days. They just want to get it over with before district starts.

Sportsguru02
I think it’s gonna be one heck of a game but ima take Carthage in this one. Until someone can prove me otherwise from around here I just can’t pick against them 1

I think Surratt n Preston will have the Dawgs prepared for PG and put some confidence in the QB. I know it will be a contest but if the Dawgs can pick off some passes or get some fumbles it will be a sad night in Hawk Land. PG dose everything to cover there QB he is the key he dose not to pressard
