Who is Hallsville going to attract with them separated?

You need some kind of perk to come to a school where you will typically be the least talented team in your district.

Agreed. Talent is down and money could talk. Maybe talented OC/DC in the area wanting to take a chance?

They should try to poach an up and coming coach off of a district rival. Somewhere like PT or Lindale, where they have overachieved with the amount of talent on their roster. That is the type of guy it will take to turn Hallsville around. Someone who can get kids to buy in, be disciplined, and rise to higher expectations.

Talked to a friend out there and he pretty much said the same thing.  You need a coach that can motivate kids and parents to have a multi sport athlete and not a 1 sport athlete to improve Hallsville athletics.  The main way to do that is to start winning

Absolutely. Lindale has pretty much always been that way. Never scare you much on film, but the kids are usually disciplined and motivated. Usually over achieve the expectations. A guy like that could possibly help Hallsville

It is risky though. I'm sure most coaches would steer clear of that job.

I think if Hallsville had the AD title attached they would have an easier time pulling someone like that in.
