Okay so after skimming the film, here's what I gathered.

The Lee RB is a burner. If he gets into space, he's extremely dangerous. (The QB is scrappy and quick too).

He got into space a lot against Lufkin. Why? Because Lufkin's tackling is severely lacking. I don't want to disparage those kids, but good golly... It felt like 3-4 players wanted NO part of the play/tackle sometimes. And those who did would lunch and extend arms, not move their feet to wrap up. Ergo, that RB was able to tally several LONG TD runs, including one of like 93 yards.

Add in a pick 6 or two, Lufkin being unable to sustain drives (including a kickoff return for a TD), and voila. A 70-point performance.

I feel like he'll get out for at least one long touchdown on Friday. Maybe more. Hoping our defense can limit the big plays.

Gonna watch some of JT/Lee tonight and tomorrow.

Lufkin is playing 8 sophomores on defense. Going to be a long year. We literally just called up a sophomore JV LB to replace another sophomore.

Their A team lost to Lufkin A team 42-13. Longview fish should roll big.

Yeah I saw that. Then they crushed Tyler last week.

Remember Von saying Legacy had a good class on the 9th level.

I'm thinking the same outcome as you.

They do have some nice talent. I never said they have a good team. Lee did beat one of Lufkin teams. The Lee red team might be the A team by name but if you look at the makeup of the team you would think differently. I'll leave that right there. It's still Lee. Lol.

Lee is down to one team for the next 3 weeks. You can form your own opinion of why.

47-0 freshmen final.

Never seen both sub varsities try and get out of a game so fast in my life. That 2nd half couldn't of taken more than 25 minutes.

JV won 39-0 at Legacy.
