Just checked out the ATL compensation plan on their web site.   The AD range is  $65,868 to $90,963.   For a “public record” to show his salary to be $107,527 I call BS on your public records.   He may in fact have had several incentives to make up to that much but don’t believe any PUBLIC RECORD showed his salary to be that high.   $17K above top end just doesn’t happen.

Look it up yourself.

Think it was cleared up that that is not an issue. Would imagine this would have 150+ applicants

May take some time but I've already heard they've gotten 15 or so, with several wearing rings. Pretty stoked about the entire ordeal. Hopefully we pick the right one.

I am sure y'all will draw some very good candidates!

No reason they shouldn't have the best pool of applicants possible. This should be an East Texas gold mine, the Rabbs should be in contention for District Championships on a regular basis and be primed for deep playoff runs regularly. Not sure why they haven't had the success that the caliber of athletes in Atlanta should be producing.

Only going to get better too. Bunch of undefeated sub-varsity teams coming up. Loads of talent. But we usually have some pretty good athletes. Maybe a new hire will get some of the athletes that are roaming the halls to start playing as well.

I've had several quality coaches reach out to me about this job...assistants and head coaches.....Atlanta is going to have a real good pool of applicants to choose from....

This is the kind of positivity I need.

ATL needs the right guy to get the kids out and play and focus on football. Get kids out of one sport specialists or out the halls and get excited about Rabbit football again. Get the Culture back. Like many before have said, to much talent there not to do something.  I don't know what the issues have been in the past but the new guy needs to come in and do an introspective look at the program and school and see what the missing piece is.

Lack of Discipline. That's an issue that comes to mind.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't they stick around for half of a game?
