I've heard of more concussions happening with this new style of tackling happening during practice sessions and my suspicion is that by having the head at and below the ball carrier's waist has caused this because the ball carrier falls a lot on the tackler's head. I think the Atavus tackling certification that ALL coaches must have is a joke. Plus, you have to renew every two years.....because SOOO much has changed.
