I’m just praying that our Lobos understand that this game IS a REVENGE game for Lancaster. A lot of those kids from last year remember what happened last year and we would be foolish to come into this game thinking ahead to next week and get “McNorthed” again. It CAN happen and it WILL if we aren’t 100% focused on what’s in front of us right now - The Lancaster Tigers.

If I am not mistaken, they have Duncanville’s former offensive coordinator as their newHead Coach this year so, I expect a more extensive playbook this year with a few more wrinkles that we’ve NEVER seen before. John King can NOT afford to let this game get close by any means and start trying to exchange “blows”. Lancaster has too much team speed offensively for us to get into the tit for tat touchdown exchange. The mindset needs to be to deliver Lancaster total humiliation from the jump!

I hope they run that play that they opened the 2018 State Championship game with.

Agree…watching their games this year they are very workman like…while they definitely have their normal athleticism, the offense seems more patient and not as flashy….(I will say when they overmatch teams it does look flashy)…

one thing I did notice is the defense seems to commit to one thing and sticks with it until they are forced to adjust…I think this is where the difference in the game can be…we have too many weapons for them to be singularly focused in the run, but we know how the play calling can be…really think this is a game where DT can have a coming out party
