You are correct,  i dont know.

Then why are we instructed to know them by their fruits?

That is in reference to those false teachers who would teach something other than what God commanded.........we know them by their fruits and should avoid being led astray by them.......

Example: Joel Osteen......he teaches falsehoods and lies......we know this because we can READ what God said about things......we also see this by his actions during Harvey, where he locked up his building instead of opening it up to those in need.......therefore, he should be avoided by anyone truly seeking God's Word.......

Kinda like "Reverend" MLK, teaching God's word while walking in adultery?

Not at all.....kind of like him teaching something not in God's Word.....we judge by what we know. ....we are not allowed to judge others human frailties unless we are perfect ourselves.......

And "reverend" is reserved for God only so anyone using that for themselves is by definition committing blasphemy......so there's 1 falsity he can be judged on.....but NOT on his failures and imperfections as a human....that judgement is left up to God only.......

Really?

So if a brother in the faith is walking in sin we aren't to call him out? Much less a pastor?

I do not disagree...but humans are flawed (every single one of us). Jefferson fathered children by a slave...Henry Ford was a rabid anti-Semite...FDR had a mistress. That does not stop them from being great men. If we demand perfection we will never find it.

FDR is nowhere being great, except in a Commie's eyes.  He lead America down the path to semi-socialism.  He will never have my respect for what he did to America.  I've always said "The reason he's on the dime is, because brother can you spare one".  His policies kept America in the Depression longer than we should have been.

His socialist policies have doomed many minorities and lazy Caucasians to a life of welfare,  food stamps, socialized medicine, poverty and government dependency .....

Our police officers still have to patrol the streets, and the only thing I would say is to remove the one's that are hardened.  Perhaps they should take a psychology test before being hired.  I do know that being a cop is a tough job, just as being a criminal is.  When a cop crosses the line they should be held accountable just as any criminal should.

As for MLK's death, you probably weren't even alive, or understood the impact that his assassination had on America much less the world.  A lot did change in the 70's, but you may not have seen it, because you didn't live it.  As I've said in the past race relations were coming together, until the Dumbocrats and leftists wanted to make everything about the color of someone's skin.  The only thing that has changed is your perception.

Dave with all due respect, the democrats didn't have anything to do with POC real life experiences.

As for cops, my biggest issue is the fact that the majority have not been held accountable.

Look up Eddie Murphy's Racism (Delirious) on YouTube, and it wasn't just my POC.  I can't post it here, because I would be suspended.
