But they have technology for that! 🤷‍♂️

My kids all learned how to read and write when they were 5 and 6 years old, in part, over a decade or more ago, by a program called Writing To Read on the computer. The technology has improved since then. It is is one of several ways for kids to learn. Putting a mask on them for safety hasn't slowed things down one iota, no matter your deluded beliefs.

Kids who are read to by their parents at an early age, who have a continued support at home to complement their learning at school, including accountability and responsibility being stressed, are going to do better than those who don't have those things, with wearing masks not a factor.

and???

They're not necessarily "educators". They may work in the "education" field, or have a Masters or Doctorate in Education, but they're not necessarily educators.

Are you familiar with the logical fallacy "argument from authority"? I think that's what some of this is.

Good point.  But I was referring to Barry and ctown as the supposed "educators".

Your kids didn’t see any verbal pronunciation cues cause everyone had mask on?  No, your anecdotal take is meaningless.
my kid scored 20 of the 24 points in her basketball game last week. Why can’t every kid be as good as her? Complete nonsense you are spewing.

During April to October 2020 in the US, emergency room visits linked to mental health problems (e.g. anxiety) for children aged 5-11 increased by nearly 25% and increased by 31% for those aged 12-17 years old as compared to the same period in 2019.

the list goes on forever. Everyone knows it’s a bad idea to mask children yet they go along with it. Complete lunacy
