That is when Germany and other European countries started to give Ukraine lethal weapons. Luckily Ukraine is taking the fight out of the Russian army . Yes, they spent all this money on new equipment, but they didn't train the fool behind the equipment . That is like a corporation spending money for all new uniforms bit not training the employee. They will look good failing.
