Vandalman Posted July 12, 2022 Share Posted July 12, 2022 My opinion: As an outsider looking in: Other than a handful of upper level positions, teachers coaches and other people in education are seriously under paid for the job they are asked to do. Throw in the responsibilities that keep adding up combined with the inability to properly discipline students and you have the formula for an undesirable occupation.
