LK Open Again

Linden Kildare is 8-16 in district play over the last four years. They have four returning second team all-district players and lost five first team all-district players. The school is losing enrollment. Those characteristics are not gem quality.

On the bright side L-K scheduled the two school that provided most of their 8 wins over fours. Additionally, they move into weakest AA Division II District in the state. This district was the only AA Division II to 0-4 in bi district.

A great year for L-K would to be hire a young coach looking for his first head coaching job and beat Ore City (1-9 in 2021), Overton (0-10 in 2021), the two school they beat last year (Big Sandy and Union Grove), Clarksville (4-7 in 2021), Detroit (1-7 in 2021), Cumby (1-8 in 2021) and surprise Maud or Bowie and go 8-2 in regular season. The coach would be smart to posting a winning record in 2023 and get out of town.

From around 360 in high school to 164 last fall.
