You cant kill a dozen people in less than a minute (like the shooter in Dayton did) with a quill pen.

Are you willing to have 1A restricted? Are you willing to let the government tell you how/when/where you MUST worship God? Are you willing to let the government dictate to you what "speech" is? What about the media? Willing to allow them to be restricted? What about the other Amendments? Are we OK with reducing rights within them? Nothing in the Constitution ends with "...if we feel like it" or "...unless we don't feel like it." Ask yourself this: How far are you willing to have your Constitutional rights eroded?

Im pretty sure that everything you just mentioned is already restricted to a degree. The 1A does not give you the right to threaten someone or yell "Fire!" in a crowded theatre...freedom of worship does not include human sacrifice etc

I don't think the yelling "fire" thing is true. And I think "human sacrifice" falls under "murder".

You can yell fire in a crowded theater and you can threaten someone under the first amendment. You just can’t actually harm them unless it’s self defense. the second amendment is for protection from the gov. Whatever guns they have, the people should have.

Shall not be infringed, Liberal. The problem isn’t guns, it’s evil. Your liberal party doesn’t want to punish evil acts. They want to go easy on them. Bring the death penalty back in every state, bring God back in school and everything really, and this stuff happens a lot less. Spank children, don’t hand out trophies for every place (even dead last), tell them that homosexuality isn’t normal, quit making video games where you’re a POV killer, quit medicating kids for behavior issues, quit trying to make masculinity in men a bad thing…., those are just a few things we could start with fixing our problems.
