And then she defied his instructions and took communion in Washington.

Hear that phone ringing? 'Cause I called it.

I said on a different thread that someone would administer communion to her.

She said she comes from a "largely pro-life Italian-American Catholic family" and she has no respect for those to try to "foist" their beliefs on others.

You mean, exactly like she does?

Then she will be sinning against the body of Christ.  “So anyone who eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord unworthily is guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord” 1 Corinthians 11:27

So, since we're all sinners, how do we tell if we're worthy or not?

None of us are worthy......Only those who have obeyed the Gospel and continue to live faithfully will be saved.....

My scripture was in reference to your works comment.  Did I misunderstand you?

can’t argue with the 4 you gave.  Following your acceptance of Christ with Baptism is scriptural.

As if she was t going to Hell anyways

Being in the good grace of the archbishop doesn’t gain your admission to heaven.  He is merely a man and only one’s self is responsible for their salvation.  God gave it, not the pope.  The vail was torn, we need no man to go to God on our behalf.

The baptism is when your sins are washed away and you are saved....

Baptism is an outward expression of what has happened inside.

So Christ’s death wasn’t sufficient?  A man plunging you under water is though?  Baptism is an obedience, not our salvation.

I'm a Christian who obeyed what He said......the thief on the cross lived and died under the Mosaic Law.....if you're using him for your example you better be sacrificing calves and goats.........

He died with Christ.

what denomination are you?  You know what denomination means?

I have confessed my sins, made it a public profession and followed through in baptismal obedience.
