I'd say it was much higher than that with all of the OD's and other healt problems that arose from alcohol consumption as well.  Then this study didn't take into account those that died, because they could not go to Dr.'s appointments, and many couldn't get many medications such as insulin and other medications they needed.  It should have never happened.
