They spend roughly 40% less per capita on healthcare than we do and they get measurably better results (although we do better with cancer) while covering all of their people. Why can the govts of France/Germany/the Nordic countries/Japan/Australia/the UK/the Netherlands/Austria/South Korea etc do it efficiently...but the govt of the US can not? They get treated really well and think everything is great. They have everything a cow could hope to have. Until that trailer backs up to the load out. Then some of them get suspicious.
