Jakeelee05 Posted August 27, 2022 Share Posted August 27, 2022 This is always a close game. Even when Lindale had Jenkins we only won by like 4 points. Both teams are pretty evenly matched. Honestly there were bright spots on both teams and definitely a lot to work on. Lindale has a pretty good run game but the passing was horrible tonight. I think if the new qb and receivers can get in sync they will have a dangerous offense. Defense looked very good some of the time but then let big plays happen. They have to fix that before district or it’s gonna be a long year. It’s the first game of the year with a lot of young key players so I’m not too terribly upset.
