I've been reading for years about the IRS, EPA, and BLM budgets including body armor, assault weapons, armor-piercing rounds, and assault vehicles. Some people the IRS isn't even auditing. They're just getting letters saying "Your tax return is wrong. You owe us more", and they're just taking the money. Again, not billionaires. Let that sink in .... The IRS, the EPA, and the BLM have had assault weapons, body armor, armor-piercing bullets, and even assault vehicles in their budgets for years.
