I thought was still supposed to be pretty good.

SAC played decently against us last season, did they lose a lot of players from last year?

No idea really. They come in at 1-1, offensively they seem to be struggling. Plus an awfully long way to play Carthage. The Dawgs are starting to get it going. I just don’t think this game will be close.

I hear you, sounds like good reasoning to me.

I didn’t even look at their schedule and record.

Manor is 6A, 9 -3 last year and returned 9 starters on offense and 9 on defense…..Cornerstone led Manor at halftime Friday 13 - 6.
Last year’s Cornerstone’s team reminded me of China Spring in 2020 - played a lot of young guys, seemed to be well coached/fundamentally sound, just needed a little growth and speed……Do I think they will be as good as China Spring last year - no…….Do I think they will be quiet a bit better than Kilgore “was” in week 1 - yes.

I agree, that is why I say Dawgs by 14.

Cotton always speaks truth on topics like this.  No ink poisoning from him.

Ranked #8 in private schools by Texas Football, but 0-2.  Lost to Manor 34-13.  Lost to a team from Mexico in Week 1 7-0!

According to Coach Surratt interview, Corner Stone May be without the QB. Said he was limping pretty bad on the side line.
He said they have very good players and play hard.
I say Dawgs by 21.
