KirtFalcon Posted September 17, 2022 Share Posted September 17, 2022 The personal foul/targeting call against Texas State vs Baylor call was total ... the Baylor qb was running the ball downfield and started to slide after the TS tackler was aready in motion to make the tackle .... they waver off the targeting, but the personal foul was ridiclous .... how is a defensive player suppose to make tackles when the refs are this ticky tacky? .....
