Do you happen to know what the maximum points are? Many districts have a point differential capped at 17, but I'm not sure what this district does. DK would have the points (+17 to NB, -4 to HKS = +13) to be #1 seed no matter how much NB scores. Best NB can do is win by 17 and have a point total of 0 (-17 to DK, +17 to HKS = 0).
