If the Waskom offense can score that many points (48) they should win.  However, their defense has been suspect the last few weeks.  Surprised their tackling has not been solid as is expected.  Hope they bring up the intensity for a playoff game and make their DC proud.  

I made this post as a direct challenge to some great coaches and men.  Bad weather made this game play out differently than it likely would have been.  But it shows that defensive battles can be just as exciting as the offensive shootouts.  
Congratulations to Waskom for rising  up when it counts!

Next up.. West Rusk, a team Waskom used to own.  Should be good.

If you are an old school, defensive minded football fan like I am…. This was one game to see…. I was running chains at this game and it was a hard hitting slug fest between two good teams…. Hemphill got it going finally in the 4th and had a chance to pull it out just came up short…. Heck of a game congrats to Waskom and good luck moving on!!
