The DFW expansion has made its way to Melissa and Anna. Van Alstyne will be the next growing town north of Dallas as it’s located on Hwy 75. It’s pretty up there too.. I was talking to a fellow smoaky member the other day who graduated from Ennis. I want to say the Dawgs played them in the playoffs a time or two back in the day. I'm thinking early/mid 80's.
