And even if Bell and Hatten both did not play, I still think Carthage has the edge. But we will all know for sure soon enough! I just know with what PG does on offense now. That will force us back to the 4-3 bc they still load the line while in the pistol or Shotgun. So one missing piece on the D-Line could be HUGE

Cleareyesopenheartcantlose
Not to mention both DE for PG are 6’7-6’5 that could be hard for cuff to throw around. I’m a Carthage fan all day everyday but this game worries me more than any of them. Just with the speed PG has and the size on both sides of the ball in the trenches. If Cuff was 5’9 it might be a concern. But he is 6’4. Those ends won’t be a factor as long as the Dawg OL does their job.
bansheefan03
That and there size is mostly on defense if they have to come in and play on offense to to help control the Los they plays into carthage favor late in the game when they start wearing down

bansheefan03
From what I have seen from pg they have about 14 guys that play 95 % of the snaps that's going to be there biggest downfall when you have bout 25 for carthage playing the majority and no one going both ways unless special plays on offense

You think P G’s offensive line is big ?
bansheefan03
This game would be a good comparison of like carthage playing longview as far as depth goes

KD Bell is the only one I can think of. Way different for PG who has a lot of guys playing the majority of the game. I get what you are saying, but it’s even more pronounced here. bansheefan03
Yeah alot of the offensive guys were sick all last week with the flu so that may have something to do with it
