I remember reading an article about Trumps numbers years ago. It was something along the lines of the model used by Trumps admin counted people who worked for only a day and obamas only counted those who worked for 30 days. Politics is all lies. DannyZuco Posted January 29, 2023 Share Posted January 29, 2023 The only way to know the "real" unemployment in this country......take the total number of people working, subtract that from the total number of people living in United States......and that is how many people are unemployed.....some are retired, some are underage, but that would be the only "TRUE" definition of unemployment. Retired people, disabled people unable to work, at home spouses caring for children/elderly, etc. .... most other working age healthy people should be factored in ...
