If the list is based on returning talent, then Texas and Texas A&M should both absolutely be on this list. There are many teams with one out of three, and some with two out of three... but the best of the best maintain that three-legged stool more often than not. Some are criticizing OU, UT, A&M being included due to lack of on-field success. But that metric is not included here. This list is *only* about how the talent ranks.
