Why do girls continue to compete in these events? Democrats are now proving they hate women and are misogynists by not standing up for girl's sports. If this is how it's gonna be, why separate men and women's sports?

forced compliance or else….

I was about to mention something about this. Couldn't remember if they were banned but I know they were punished.

The school banned is a Christian school….do you think that might have something to do with them being banned???

what if they had said that they forfeited because they had too many players sick??? Do you think the Vermont Principals Association (their version of UIL) would have forced the players to disclose medical information????

This is all about a radical groupthink agenda…and forcing conservative Christian’s to bow down to the beliefs of pagan radicals….

100%

The Left always wants to force Christians into things we don’t support.

Just one more in a long line of reasons to take government out of our educations. Everything about the public school system is corrupt and it obviously isn't in the best interest of patriots or Christians to subject their kids to mediocre education designed to brainwash kids into believing America is the problem and boys can be girls.

I can tell you I am very happy our boys are in Carthage ISD where I graduated from Carthage High School with many girls who are now teachers at CISD who we know well.

They are not hanging pride flags in their classrooms in lieu of our grand old flag that so many Democrats are offended by.

D’s should be ashamed they are fake offended by our flag.

To put this into perspective...here are some stats.

Florence Griffith-Joyner (AKA Flo-Jo) set the women's world record in the 100M in 1988. Her time: 10.49 seconds.

Matthew Boling ran a 10.13 second 100M at a 6A State Championship (a U.S. High School record). Let's see...10.49 - 10.13...that means Boling's 100M at that State meet is 0.36 FASTER than Flo-Jo's world record.

In 2009, Usain Bolt set the world record in the 100M at 9.58 seconds.

Would it really be "fair" if Usain Bolt raced against the fastest women in the world?

I'd really like to ask our Democrat friends that. One second (or even 0.91 or 0.36 seconds) is a LONG time in a sprint, when you're running that fast.

I am so sorry that you feel this way.....it is NOT true, but continue to find someone to blame for the breakdown of the family and religion in the country....it must be the schools fault that "values" are NOT taught at home.....🤦‍♂️

This is all absurd. If a biological male wants to identify as a female that is his business...but when he demands to compete athletically against actual females it becomes societies business. Those girls (actual girls) deserve to compete on a level playing field.

There are some (but very few) sports (depending on how you actually classify them) where biological men and biological women can (but often don't) compete on a somewhat level playing field. Bowling, for instance. Biological women may use lighter equipment and might not get as much velocity or revolutions on the ball, but they can still compete. For an example of this at the highest level, find the 2010 PBA Tournament of Champions, and watch the final match between her and Chris Barnes.
