THSfanatic
The Rangers have made me a believer. I still think we run them down but those guys can score. We better pick up the offense.

regaleagle
Astros doing a great job of keeping pace with the very HOT Rangers this season. It will be tough for the Rangers to continue at the pace they are winning now, but maybe for the Stros too. The 2nd half of the season will really tell the story, but both teams are playing really well.
THSfanatic
The Rangers are not going to fall off the Earth....that is for sure. But they cannot keep up this pace. So it will be a fun 2nd half. I expect both to be in the playoffs and whatever you think about the 'Stros they are battle tested and proven. Doesn't mean they will win, but it is sure an advantage.

THSfanatic
Astros definitely in trouble. No it is not crisis mode but even without Yordan the offense is an absolute mess. Dusty can't settle on a line-up and nobody is stepping up. It is going to be a struggle to stay close enough to the Rangers because they just keep winning. I don't want to be a Debbie Downer but the Astros are having a terrible year and I doubt seriously they can recover, losing Urguidy, Garcia and the often injured McCullers has devastated the pitching staff. Abreu is having a miserable year along with Bregman & Altuve. Alvarez is really their top guy and right now he is pulling muscles everywhere, also Brantley was a chance signing that so far has only given him a paycheck and the Stros nothing in return but hope
RETIREDFAN1
They have the same record as the Yankees and the Dodgers......all three will be just fine......it ain't even the all star break yet.......lol.....remember they were over 10 games behind the Yankees for best record last year around this time....who ended up with the best record????
