The Rangers will be sponsoring Argyle ISD Ranger Night on Monday June 12th against the Anaheim Angels.  Included in the ticket package promo will be a unique white Texas Rangers ballcap with the Argyle Eagles Logo on the left back side.  The Argyle AISD Choir will sing the National Anthem. The ballcap will be all white with a black T outlined in red with red stitched airholes on top and the back half with perforated air holes.  The back Eagle Logo will be the standard Argyle Eagle logo red, white, and black.  A unique and cool-looking collector Ranger cap for sure.

The Rangers have extended their win streak to 8 games now with tonite's win over the Cardinals 6-4.  Tomorrow nite will be the final 3rd game of the series.....the Rangers have a very good home-winning record so far this season at 21-8.  The Tampa Bay Rays stand at 27-6 at home this season.....best in the majors.....but have played 4 more home games and 4 more total games than the Rangers so far.

Can you imagine that MLB record-setting 20-game winning streak by the Oakland Athletics in 2002 from August to Sept.?  What an unbelievable run that was......sizzling hot and caught the imagination of the whole nation.

And a good movie......lol

deGrom out. Having TJ surgery, and surprisingly, I'm not all that worried about the team. They probably will target another starter as we get closer to the trade deadline for depth but these team is killing it right now.

The series against the Rays was disappointing but you have to look at as not a complete disaster. Taking 1 out of 3 on the road against the best team in baseball isn't too terrible. Astros lost 2 of 3 to Cleveland this weekend so I think that takes the division lead to 5 games.

They deserved to lose last night after that effort. Inexcusable mistakes. I'll never understand why home teams don't automatically sac bunt the ghost runner over in extras every single time. A grounder could win the game at that point. Just stupid.
