Going to be interesting to see what ETBU decides to do in the near future with their conference affiliation.

The ASC will be toast for football after this coming fall.  Barring a miracle.... there's no way ASC survives with just 4 schools (ETBU, UMHB, HPU, HSU).  Austin College, Southwestern, McMurry, and Texas Lutheran are all moving to the SCAC.  Sul Ross State is moving up to D-2 and the Lone Star conference.

And it looks like several of their non-football schools are starting to jump ship too.  University of the Ozarks and Concordia have announced they are leaving the ASC.

That leaves only ETBU, UMHB, HPU, HSU, UT-Dallas, and LeTourneau for all other sports.

My prediction is that they end up their former members in the SCAC.... with Centenary and Concordia joining football in the coming years.

Either way.... they need to continue winning...make themselves look as attractive as they can when courting another conference be it the SCAC, independent, going NAIA, or moving up to D2.
