That’s a tough way for a game to end for Paris and even for Gilmer though they “won”.

Gilmer coaches and fans would like for their defense to have had the opportunity to stop Paris, and win outright rather than the weather stop the game.

So argue with them if you don't like it. No one likes the abbreviation of the game, but it is what it is.

Officials cannot give a team a win or a loss don't know where you got that information from but it's incorrect.

What you quoted is the rules of a suspended game someone said the official told the Gilmer coach he won the game.
