Nac's has to be Karl Chatman QB of the 1992 playoff team. I met him around 97 or 98. He was Qb on our flag team in Longview. Legit NFL Qb arm. We wasn't use to somebody throwing with that velocity

To this day I believe it was his will to win that made the difference.

The Wolf Den
I’m a younger guy so I’m not too sure on the past in my town but for San Augustine the best I’ve seen with my own eyes is Jayden Hicks. He played in Center until his senior year with us on our last year of the 3 year semis trip in 2019. He was dangerous on the ground and had crazy zip on the ball. He was 94-160 for 2038 yards, 30 touchdowns to 7ints. Also had 86 carries for 891 and 18tds. Based off a full career it would have to be Gavin Murr from 2016-2018. He holds just about all of our passing records and finished his 3 year career with 7241 yards and 83touchdowns including a 3,000 yard year. Another name to mention is Jamikel Roberts.
