While I think that a team like Sam Houston could have gotten a lot of "pay off games".....where they played the Division 1 schools while as a FCS program, the better they got, the less opportunities they got. So moving up was better financially as they joined an established conference and get a little more TV money......that is my take on it. I think that is why SFA stays down right now.....usually get big "pay off games" with Big 12 schools and get that extra money. If there was any question that they were favored, that shouldn’t removed all doubt. Furthermore, I have a hard time feeling sorry for any team other than Indiana who is on the short end of the stick. When they gang tackled the running back what was the personal foul ? It looked like he might have been tripped by a falling defensive player.
